If you purchase a recurring monthly or yearly subscription, your subscription will automatically renew every month or year respectively until you cancel it on your business account. You can cancel at any time and will continue to have access to GoSkills until the end of your subscription term. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription.
How to cancel an account
- You can cancel your account by selecting ‘Billing’ on your admin dashboard.
- Select 'Change Plan' to view your plan options.
- Locate your CURRENT PLAN tier and select Cancel plan.
- Provide any additional feedback. Your responses help our team continue to improve and provide the best quality learning experience for our organizations.
- Select 'Cancel plan' to finalize the action.
