Inviting learners to your organization is quick and simple! Just follow the journey outlined below.
Inviting Learners
- To invite your learners, select ‘Learners’ on your admin dashboard.
- On the right-hand side, Select 'Invite Learners'.
- At this point, you'll have the following options to invite your learners:
- Invite by email address
- Share an invite link
- Bulk upload
1) To invite by email address:
- Select 'Invite by Email Address'.
- Enter each learner’s email address.
- Select 'Continue'.
- Select 'Invite # Learners'.
2) To invite through a Shared link:
- Select 'Share an invite link'.
- Select 'Copy Link'.
- Send the copied link directly to your learners.
3) To invite through Bulk upload:
- Select 'Bulk upload'.
- Download your CSV Template.
- Add your learners' email addresses to the template.
- Upload your CSV Template.
- Select 'Continue'.
- Once your learners are invited, you will be able to see their name listed on the 'Learners' page. Each learner will need to check their inbox to accept your invitation link and login.
