If you discover that a learner on your organization no longer needs access to GoSkills, you can suspend their account at any time. While suspended, the learner's progress will still be saved, and you can reactivate access to them again if needed. Here is how to suspend a learner's account.
Suspend a learner's account
- You can suspend a learner's account by selecting ‘Learners’ on your admin dashboard.
- Select the learner’s name in blue to go to their Profile.
- Scroll down to the Suspend account section.
- Select 'Suspend account'.
- Confirm that you would like to suspend the learner's account.
