A custom URL will automatically be created for your organization's account, based on your organization's name. If you would like to create a new custom URL for your organization, you can follow these steps below.
Create a new custom URL for your organization
- To create a new custom URL for your organization, select 'Personalization' on your admin dashboard.
- Select 'Edit URL' on the right-hand side of the Organization URL section.
- Enter your new custom URL name. Please note that your organization URL must be between 4 and 20 characters long.
- Select 'Save'.
This will replace your old organization URL, so it is not recommended to change this URL once learners have been invited. If you need to resend an invite to your learners after changing your URL, you can find out more information here: Learners not receiving their invite
